How We Clean Windows
Window cleaning is a skilled trade. Anyone with a spray bottle and paper towels leaves streaks. Here is how a Deluxe visit runs, start to finish:

Arrival. We introduce ourselves, confirm the parking spot works for you, and ask if there is anything we should know: a sticky slider, a pet to keep inside, a window you want extra attention on.

Tracks first. Shoe covers go on at the door. We start inside, scrubbing and vacuuming every window track while pulling the screens as we go. Interior glass gets cleaned in the same pass when the job includes it.

Screens. All screens get washed with a screen washer. Older or brittle screens get a gentle brush and rinse instead, so nothing tears. Either way they go back clean.

Exterior glass. Ground floor: T-bar mop with professional solution from a bucket-on-belt, then a squeegee. Upper floors: same hand cleaned process or water-fed pole with carbon, reverse osmosis, and deionizing filtration. The glass gets scrubbed, then rinsed with 100 percent pure water, which dries spot-free.

Screens back. Every screen goes back in its own window and gets checked for a secure fit.

Interior glass. If the interior did not get done during the track pass, we do it now. Each pane is mopped, squeegeed, and detailed by hand. Drips on sills or floors get wiped immediately.

Touch-ups. While we work we note any pane with leftover debris or a smudge, then go back and fix each one before packing up.

Final walk. We pack the tools, prepare your invoice, and walk the house with you. You confirm everything looks right before we leave.

What raises the price: windows not cleaned in five or more years, paint overspray, construction debris, hard water stains, and heavy mineral deposits.
